Overview
SolShark explores a decentralized poker experience through a server-aided, provably fair Texas Hold’em game on Solana. It combines on-chain game state and settlement with a wallet-connected web interface.
Key Features
- Create and join poker tables with Solana wallets
- Commit-and-reveal seed flow for verifiable deck shuffling
- On-chain betting, folding, checking, calling, and turn progression
- Player timeouts, sit-out controls, and optional session keys
- Hand commitments, showdown verification, hand evaluation, and pot settlement
Technical Approach
The Rust program uses Anchor to manage tables, players, bets, pots, and game progression. Keccak commitments verify client seeds and revealed hands before settlement. A Next.js 15 and React 19 frontend integrates Solana wallet adapters and presents the table, player actions, and Devnet workflow.
